Instructor Roles
- Subject-matter experts who teach GSUSA courses, bringing real-world federal and professional experience into the classroom — in person or live online.
- Engaged on an hourly, intermittent basis, with flexible scheduling built around course offerings; many instructors teach alongside an active federal career or in retirement.
- Focused on delivering training in their area of expertise.
Staff Roles
- Full-time and part-time employees who run and grow the organization — across areas like program management, operations, sales and marketing, finance, HR, and IT.
